Who Are the People in Your Neighborhood?

Saw this painted on the ground outside Amoeba Music in Hollywood. I think it represents the prevailing opinion in the Hollywood demographic. I find myself wondering if the person that took the time to create and apply this template is even a registered voter. Actually, I prefer to believe it was somebody like Henry Waxman.
