Apple Sucks

Learn from my mistake. Never buy an Apple product. More specifically, never buy an ipod. Yes, they look neat, and all the cool kids have them, but do not give into peer pressure. Buy yourself a Sony mp3 player. Or a Rio. Or a Creative Zen. Or better still an iRver. Anything but these horrible, unreliable machines.

As poorly as my ipod functioned (there are too many problems to mention...), customer service was even worse. They seemed to go out of their way to avoid providing any service when something about the devise went wrong. (They even went so far to refer me to non-existent links for requesting on-line assistance.) Bastards.

Don't believe me? Ask around. You will be shocked at how many of these things go south. And how soon. And good luck trying to get Apple to help you once they have your money.
