Judge Voids California's Gay Marriage Ban

"No rational basis exists for limiting marriage in this state to opposite-sex partners," wrote San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer. "They are entitled to suffer the same, never-ending hell that has been my married life these past twenty-seven years."
