Juvenile Death Penalty Ruled Unconstitutional

But seriously, how did something like this make it to the Supreme Court? And if it's determined that the Ten Commandments statue can stay, does that mean no one will be allowed to complain when some Buddhist, Hindu, or Islamic group insists that their "Commandments" be posted as well? Seriously, why are we talking about this? We are not a theocracy. Did I mention this makes me nuts? OK, I'm done. I'm just gonna get all riled up.
